We take the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously. In order to ensure that we all prevent the spread of Covid-19, the following policies and procedures are in effect.

Meetings and Consultations will be conducted virtually via conference call or online meeting platform wherever possible.

Product sales will continue with curb-side pickup and delivery available. Our free delivery area has been expanded to accomodate accordingly. Contact your representative for more details.

Our office is closed to the public. All staff are required to work remotely with the exception of two management team members required to maintain business operations.

Work which cannot be performed remotely will be limited to essential services such as security and network maintenance.

All technicians entering a client residence, place of work or any other site where work is to be conducted shall be required to wear a face covering or face mask at all times.

Technicians are required to maintain a safe working distance of 2 meters or 6 feet whenever possible.

Areas of work shall be sanitized with disenfectant wipes after work has been completed. This includes areas of frequent contact or any equipment or materials the client may come into contact with once the work has been completed.

All technicians shall wash their hands with disinfectant lotion regularly while attending a work site.

All staff mobile devices must have the Covid Alert app installed and operational.

Technicians and clients must complete a Covid-19 questionnaire prior to work commencing.
