We take the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously. In order to ensure that we all prevent the spread of Covid-19, the following policies and procedures are in effect.

In-person meetings and consultations are permitted with social distancing
and safety precautions to be observed at all times.

Curb-side pickup and delivery remain available. Our free delivery area has been expanded to accomodate accordingly. Contact your representative for more details.

Our office is open to the public by appointment only and is limited to a maximum of 2 visitors.

We have added remote boardroom and working spaces.
Meetings and consultations at these spaces are limited to a maximum of 6 people.

All technicians entering a client residence, place of work or any other site where work is to be conducted shall be required to wear a face covering or face mask at all times.

Technicians are required to maintain a safe working distance of 2 meters or 6 feet whenever possible.

Areas of work shall be sanitized after work has been completed. This includes areas of frequent contact or any equipment or materials the client may come into contact with once the work has been completed.

All technicians shall be equipped with a Covid-19 safety kit which contains disinfectant wipes, face masks and disinfectant hand lotion.

All staff mobile devices must have the Covid Alert app installed and operational.

For contact tracing purposes, technicians and clients must complete a Covid-19 online questionnaire prior to work commencing.  Technicians are not permitted to begin work until this has been completed.

All current employees must provide verification of double vaccination and single booster no later than 2022 January 31, and all employment applicants will be required to provide the same verification until further notice.

Currently all employees have have received two vaccinations and there is no history of
Covid-19 within our organization.
